I’m an experienced learning and development professional with 10+ years of experience designing adaptive, scenario-based learning for SaaS, enterprise, and technical environments—connecting training to real business outcomes.
I specialize in using scenarios and simulations to create engaging, learner-centered experiences that balance organizational goals with real-world application. My background spans eLearning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and digital adoption, with deep experience supporting enterprise SaaS products, AI/ML-driven tools, and large-scale user populations.

FEATURED WORK
Designed and developed an extensive, 60-module course for the Project Management Institute to demonstrate how Oracle’s Smart Construction Platform enables industry best practices for Project Managers. Collaborated with SMEs to design and build modules covering Aconex, Construction Intelligence Cloud, AI and emerging technologies, and supported the team with content for the Primavera Cloud portion of the course using Storyline and Camtasia.
Created feature release notes and supporting content for Oracle Construction Intelligence Cloud and Textura Payment Management to keep customers informed of software updates and upcoming enhancements. Collaborated with developers and product managers to translate technical details into clear, user-friendly language and produced short demonstration videos using Rise and Camtasia.
Designed and produced a remembrance video commemorating the twentieth anniversary of 9/11, highlighting the long-term impact on government agencies and the role of the Victim Compensation Fund. Collaborated with SMEs to gather source material and translated it into a compelling storyboard and final video using Adobe Premiere Pro and Mural.
Designed and delivered an engaging, in-person tour of the Department of Marine Resources facility that also served as a standardized training program for aquarium staff. Transformed existing materials into an interactive, easy-to-recall tour experience and created a train-the-trainer program that reduced staff training time from two weeks to three days while supporting tours for up to 60 participants per day during peak seasons.
